Campaign Director, Business Development
Job Description
Based onsite in Orlando, Florida, the Campaign Director, Business Development for Training Solutions and Systems leads the development and execution of an end-to-end campaign strategy to accelerate growth in Serco North America’s TS&S portfolio across the US and Canada. This role coordinates cross-functional teams to build a multi-year pipeline and expand market presence.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a multi-year strategic plan for Serco's TS&S portfolio, aligned with emerging training technologies, customer priorities, and national defense trends.
- Direct market intelligence efforts to anticipate shifts in LVC, synthetic environments, AI enabled training, and multi-domain integration.
- Identify growth vectors and help shape Serco’s positioning within the TS&S ecosystem.
- Develop and sustain a technology roadmap guiding investment in future capabilities across LVC, distributed training, space and cyber integration, and digital training tools.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and digital teams to align capability development with long-term strategic goals.
- Represent Serco in key industry associations.
- Foster strategic partnerships with primes, academia, emerging technology firms, and international collaborators to broaden Serco's influence and capability footprint.
- Act as a trusted advisor to government stakeholders on training modernization and multi-domain readiness.
- Advance Serco's thought leadership through white papers, conference engagements, industry panels, and TS&S forums.
- Shape Serco's narrative around training modernization, LVC integration, and future readiness.
- Coordinate internal alignment across business units to ensure investments, talent development, and capability growth support the long-term TS&S strategy.
- Provide strategic oversight of growth initiatives.
- Advise senior leadership on strategic risks, opportunities, and competitive posture.
Requirements
- Active DoD Top Secret security clearance.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in government contracting, including business development, capture, program leadership, or operations leadership.
- Proven strength in developing and executing strategy, not limited to planning alone.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, matrixed teams to outcomes.
- Strong capability in customer relationship building and senior-level stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills; comfortable briefing internal and external audiences.
- Willingness to travel up to 25 percent as required to meet customers and industry partners.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. passport.
