Job Description

This part-time, field-based role focuses on building referral partnerships and generating client referrals for in-home senior care in the San Jose area. The position is based in Santa Clara County and requires local travel across multiple territories.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and sustain relationships with referral partners such as assisted living and independent living communities
  • Foster ties with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and home health providers
  • Engage with senior centers and community organizations to expand referral networks
  • Conduct in-person visits weekly across all three assigned territories
  • Introduce Seniors Helping Seniors services and clearly communicate the unique care model
  • Plan and participate in community events, luncheons, and informational presentations
  • Build, manage, and nurture a pipeline of referral partners
  • Monitor outreach activities and follow-ups to ensure momentum
  • Collaborate with leadership on messaging and strategic direction
  • Generate consistent, qualified client referrals

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or community outreach
  • Comfortable with in-person, relationship-based selling
  • Self-starter who operates with minimal daily direction
  • Strong communication and follow-up capabilities
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a sales pipeline
  • Willing and able to travel locally across multiple territories
