Responsibilities
- Oversee the provision of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service activities within the Marketing Department.
- Drive the desired utilization of the continuum of care by applying core marketing principles and methods.
- As a facility management team member, participate in strategic planning, growth opportunities, upcoming projects, programming changes, and efforts related to recruitment and retention.
- Lead the facility's strategic marketing plan, elevate brand and image, manage all sales and business development activities, and maintain proactive relationships with internal departments, particularly reporting issues to the CEO and Director of Admissions/Intake.
- Hours may vary by departmental and facility needs and can include day, evening, and weekend shifts as directed by the CEO.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience.
- Marketing experience of at least 3 years (required).
- Healthcare experience of at least 3 years (preferred).
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Demonstrated superior leadership abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of and skills in applying marketing principles including product, placement, pricing, and promotion.
- Experience managing sales, advertising, social media, online presence, and public relations resources.
- Creativity and flexibility.
- Skills in data collection, analysis, interpretation, application, and evaluation.
- Strategic planning skills.
- Track record of meeting deadlines.
- Customer service skills.
- Teaching or training abilities.
- Willingness to travel, including overnight travel as required.
- Knowledge of the Indiana behavioral health market, insurance plans, target markets and referral sources, psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment, and age-specific programming.
- Relocation to Bloomington, IN prior to start date is required.
- Onsite work location with occasional travel as part of responsibilities.
