Job Description

The Marketing and Sales Director will lead the Brookstone Estates of Effingham community marketing and sales program in Effingham, IL, with a USD 50,000 annual salary and a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Directs the community marketing and sales program, crafting innovative strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Builds and sustains partnerships with local professionals including physicians, senior centers, and home health providers to strengthen referral sources and collaboration opportunities.
Maintains a positive social media presence with engaging content that highlights our mission and values of love, compassion, and dignity.
Oversees multiple marketing channels, including paid advertising, digital platforms, and traditional outreach, to engage residents, employees, and stakeholders.
Aligns marketing and sales by designing and executing lead generation strategies.
Drives revenue by nurturing relationships and blending marketing campaigns with targeted sales outreach.
Ensures alignment between marketing efforts and sales activities to support overall business goals.
Delivers tailored, high-quality tours for prospective residents and families, offering a warm and memorable experience that reflects compassionate, high-quality care.
Implements follow-up plans to nurture relationships and promptly address inquiries or concerns.
Manages the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to organize leads, track follow-ups, and optimize marketing and sales efforts.

Requirements

Associate degree preferred
Valid driver's license required
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach
Assisted living or supportive living experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong closing skills
Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
