Practice Manager/Clinic Launch & Sales Director

New edge orthopedics invites you to join as the Practice Manager / Launch Director for a brand-new outpatient sports recovery and orthobiologics clinic in Springfield, NJ. This onsite role involves driving patient launch and filling the calendar while establishing local referral partnerships to support a successful opening. You will help set up daily operations and collaborate with the Nurse Practitioner and clinical team. The position offers hourly pay between $30 and $40 and a benefits package including a 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Community and school outreach: connect with local Springfield high school athletic booster programs, youth sports clubs (soccer, football, lacrosse), and fitness centers to establish priority injury referral partnerships.
• Lead conversion and sales: respond to incoming phone, social media, and web inquiries within minutes, educating prospective patients on services and booking them into the schedule.
• Digital ad coordination: assist in executing local promotional campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, local fliers) to build a pre-launch waiting list.
• Daily clinic operations: oversee patient intake, scheduling in our EMR system (eClinicalWorks), payment collection, and front-desk workflows once doors open.
• Staff coordination: assist in onboarding and managing schedules for our Nurse Practitioner and clinical support team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of healthcare practice management, med-spa management, gym sales leadership, or clinical coordinator experience.
• Strong sales, marketing, and patient recruitment mindset.
• Comfortable working in a brand-new startup environment.
• Familiarity with medical practice software and basic clinic operations.
