Job Description

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a district sales team focused on promoting endocrinology and diabetes products. This remote role reports to the National Business Director and centers on strategic planning, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance physician engagement and product adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Motivate, manage, and develop the skills and overall performance of district sales representatives.
  • Identify and monitor local market conditions to strengthen customer relationships while driving product promotion solutions and marketing strategies.
  • Oversee field activities to ensure compliance, provide timely feedback on tactics and market conditions, and collaborate with leadership, commercial operations, marketing and medical affairs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of commercial pharmaceutical experience.
  • 3+ years of district or regional management experience.
  • Experience in Endocrinology or Diabetes is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and weekends.
