Dual Sales Manager
Job Description
Own the commercial performance of two hotels in Ann Arbor while helping drive new business through smart account development and coordinated marketing. This on-site Dual Sales Manager role offers a competitive hourly rate, an annual review with increase potential, and a 401k program with company match. What you’ll do
- Oversee and manage sales staff and reservations across two properties to support maximum revenue, promotional coverage, and marketing opportunities
- Partner with revenue management and marketing to develop strategies that maximize REV/PAR and grow market share
- Maintain strong team dynamics through effective, clear communication and consistent collaboration
- Ensure the hotels meet or exceed budgeted goals
- Follow and track company cross-sell procedures to expand value across offerings
- Build a focused approach to attracting new business
- Review and approve special corporate negotiated rates by signing the contract
- Lead on-property sales activities that support long-term, value-based customer relationships and meet hotel sales objectives
- Update and manage rates and promotions on the hotel website, OTA’s (online travel agents), and GDS, ensuring no rate parity issues
- Evaluate and drive participation across sales channels including Market Sales, Event Booking Centers, and Electronic Lead channels
- Support the operational side of booked business, including generating proposals, writing contracts, and customer correspondence
- Handle additional duties as assigned; responsibilities and scope may change based on business needs
What you bring
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing or a related professional area
- Previous Dual Sales experience preferred

Compensation and benefits
$28 per hourly (USD) and a package including annual review with increase potential and a 401k program with company match. Additional benefits may be available.
