Group Sales Manager

Drive group and hospitality revenue at Royal Palm South Beach Miami by leading sales initiatives and strengthening client partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Direct group sales efforts to achieve revenue goals and exceed established targets
• Create, develop, and execute strategic sales plans to attract new clients and grow existing accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies
• Deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Partner with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales
• Monitor industry trends and track competitor activity to inform sales strategy
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads
• Provide exceptional customer service and support client satisfaction throughout the sales process

Requirements

• Proven success in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Results-driven mindset focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Working knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
