Job Description

PoolSupplies.com is expanding its ecommerce leadership to drive online revenue across Amazon and omni-channel sales. The Ecommerce Sales Manager will own the growth trajectory, improve market share, and strengthen customer retention by coordinating with cross-functional teams and optimizing online performance. This role is onsite in Tonawanda, New York, offering a salary of USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year and requiring at least three years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute ecommerce sales strategies to meet online revenue targets.
  • Identify new ecommerce opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
  • Collaborate with pricing, promotions, and product listings to maximize profitability.
  • Oversee performance across ecommerce platforms including the company website, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
  • Monitor marketplace metrics such as conversion rate, average order value, and traffic.
  • Partner with ecommerce teams to drive paid and organic traffic growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and train collaborating team members.
  • Establish clear KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and ensure accountability.
  • Work cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Operations, Customer Service and other teams.
  • Analyze customer behavior and market trends to inform product and sales strategies.
  • Gather and interpret data to make informed recommendations.
  • Stay current on ecommerce trends, digital tools, and competitors.
  • Ensure smooth order fulfillment and a positive customer experience.
  • Manage relationships with key vendors, partners, and platforms.
  • Track, report, and forecast sales metrics on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales management, with at least 2 years in ecommerce or digital retail.
  • Proven record of coaching, meeting, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in managing third-party marketplaces and digital advertising budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with ecommerce analytics tools (Google Analytics and Amazon Seller Central).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset.
  • Experience with multiple channel sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, digital marketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets or other reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite.
  • Pool knowledge is a plus.
