NVIDIA is seeking a senior Federal Physical AI Business Development Lead in Washington, DC (onsite). The role focuses on expanding partner ecosystems and accelerating the adoption of NVIDIA AI platforms within the Federal Physical AI space, leveraging technical expertise and go-to-market leadership. The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 200,000 to 356,500 per year, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in technology-related business development, with 5+ years working directly in the Federal ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and champion for the Federal Physical AI partner ecosystem, coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies.
  • Accelerate key opportunities by demonstrating innovative solutions that embed the core NVIDIA stack into partner products, platforms, and pipelines.
  • Provide guidance on go-to-market assets such as solution briefs, business cases, demonstration pipelines, and tools to illustrate real world applications across federal and commercial contexts.
  • Lead onboarding and integration of partners and startups into NVIDIA programs, enabling co-innovation and next generation solutions.
  • Monitor the partner ecosystem to identify growth opportunities, inform technology roadmaps, and shape market expansion strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to enhance partner engagement and optimize adoption approaches.
  • Engage with partner business teams, technical leaders, and decision-makers to set goals, address business challenges, and promote best practices for successful integrations.
  • Represent partner needs to NVIDIA's product and engineering teams, delivering actionable field insights to influence product roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Eight or more years of overall technology industry experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or technical sales, including 5+ years directly in the Federal ecosystem.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Deep domain proficiency with the Federal Physical AI ecosystem, including high-performance computing, cloud, AI/ML, and related vertical frameworks and solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for engineers and executives alike.
  • Experience leading strategic collaborations with engineering and product teams, including solution design, business case development, executive presentations, and delivering technical or business workshops.
  • Proven ability to structure and execute complex strategic engagements, negotiate agreements, prioritize opportunities, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across sales, legal, product, and marketing as needed.

Ways to stand out from the crowd

  • Hands-on experience building or scaling vertical-specific go-to-market solutions.
  • Familiarity with advanced computing, AI, and GPU acceleration platforms.
  • Track record in identifying and closing strategic partnerships for real-time processing and low-latency decision making.
  • History of building and scaling partner ecosystems and delivering impactful enablement programs.
  • Established relationships within the Physical AI ecosystem.
