Responsibilities

  • Drive the rollout of new business development strategies, products, and services to Financial Advisors and Field Leaders in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Own timelines and deliverables for field execution to ensure timely deployment
  • Lead training and support for sales and support teams to ensure effective adoption of new technology, practice management, and business development initiatives supporting an Advisor's practice
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues that arise during implementation
  • Collect and analyze feedback from field teams and clients to inform continuous improvement
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enable successful implementation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in business development, project management, sales management or implementation roles within financial services
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience coaching Advisors or a sales team
  • Travel up to 50 percent
