• Generate leads consistently using social media (Instagram and TikTok)
• Follow a step-by-step process from first contact to closing
• Build your personal brand as a real estate agent in the Phoenix market
• Work real deals alongside the team lead from day one
• Develop scripts, systems, and habits that produce $100K+ per year

Requirements

• You hold an active Arizona real estate license
• You have closed at least one deal but struggle with consistency

Compensation

• Commission-based compensation with earning potential of $100,000+ per year for agents who follow the system. Split details discussed during the interview process.
• Pay range: $80,000 - $250,000 per year
