Job Description

CapitalSource is seeking a bilingual Korean/English Operations and Business Development Lead in Brea, CA, offering hybrid on-site and remote work. This high-ownership role centers on building a referral partner network, managing client relationships, and overseeing daily operations. The position comes with a salary range of USD 65,000 to 75,000 per year, paired with hands-on mentorship from leadership, real-world exposure to real estate finance and entrepreneurship, and opportunities for travel to company events and Korea. Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with referral partners
  • Attend networking meetings and industry events approximately 2 days per week
  • Help expand CapitalSource's Korean-American referral network
  • Help keep client and referral partner communications organized and moving forward
  • Support day-to-day business coordination and follow-up
  • Coordinate borrower and referral partner communication
  • Coordinate social media, YouTube, and Korean-language content distribution
  • Help build company systems and processes as the company grows

Requirements

  • Professional fluency in both Korean and English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role combining office collaboration, remote flexibility, and in-person networking. The position includes networking events, business lunches and happy hours, seminars, and relationship-building meetings outside of the office.
