Job Description
CapitalSource is seeking a bilingual Korean/English Operations and Business Development Lead in Brea, CA, offering hybrid on-site and remote work. This high-ownership role centers on building a referral partner network, managing client relationships, and overseeing daily operations. The position comes with a salary range of USD 65,000 to 75,000 per year, paired with hands-on mentorship from leadership, real-world exposure to real estate finance and entrepreneurship, and opportunities for travel to company events and Korea. The role blends collaborative office work with valuable in-person networking in a fast-moving entrepreneurial culture.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with referral partners
- Attend networking meetings and industry events approximately 2 days per week
- Help expand CapitalSource's Korean-American referral network
- Help keep client and referral partner communications organized and moving forward
- Support day-to-day business coordination and follow-up
- Coordinate borrower and referral partner communication
- Coordinate social media, YouTube, and Korean-language content distribution
- Help build company systems and processes as the company grows
Requirements
- Professional fluency in both Korean and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented

Work Environment
