Tube Supply is hiring a Regional Commercial Manager to lead sales and business development across multiple territories from an onsite location in Moore, OK. This role supports regional growth by aligning sales strategy, strengthening branch efficiency, and partnering across departments to keep customers and inventory needs covered.

Responsibilities
Own business growth in your region by guiding the Sales team and delivering strong account outcomes across quoting, selling, and customer relationship management. You will manage sales training and performance, coordinate with internal leaders, and help ensure regional operations support commercial goals.

- Partner with internal stakeholders to support branch efficiency
- Manage local product line inventory levels and ensure adequate stock at each location
- Coordinate with the Customer Service Manager to ensure the CSR team supports Account Managers
- Partner with Human Resources on staffing needs, compensation structure, and employee evaluations for direct reports
- Create and enforce an aligned Sales Strategy for the region, supporting coordination with the Houston office
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain Manager on regional inventory levels and monitor ROP (reorder points)
- Coordinate pricing strategy with the Director of Sales
- Liaise between Sales and Operations on material and delivery requirements
- Implement a schedule for Sales to regularly visit customers to strengthen relationships
- Coordinate with the accounting department on intercompany transfer pricing and ensure branch adherence to transfer pricing guidelines
- Support billing and collections activities with the accounting team
- Manage Sales workload and account allocation as needed
- Improve efficiency by reducing costs and improving processes
- Monitor and report Sales KPIs to management weekly
- Preserve records for sales, orders, and services
- Maintain real-time accuracy for the PTO calendar and allowable PTO days
- Approve hourly timesheet records for staff in your care
- Comply with all HSE, QMS, and corporate policies at Tube Supply
Requirements
- B.S. or B.A. degree in a business-related field
- MBA preferred
- Minimum 15 years of experience in sales
- Minimum 10 years of experience reading and understanding Mill Test Reports and Customer Specifications
