Regional Director of Business Development

Avir Health Group is seeking a resident- and family-focused Regional Director of Business Development to lead growth initiatives across Region 11 from Corpus Christi, TX (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day support to community-based business development teams.
• Drive census growth, referral development, and market positioning to meet organizational goals.
• Develop, implement, and maintain regional strategies aligned to growth objectives.
• Identify market opportunities and translate them into actionable plans.
• Strengthen and expand referral partnerships to support sustainable growth.
• Support team building and development, helping community teams become high-performing and focused on long-term results.
• Work with community locations including: Avir at Bay City, Beeville, Bellville, Corpus Christi, Corpus Christi Villas, Cotulla, Portland, River Ridge, and Sealy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in healthcare or skilled nursing.
• Regional or multi-site experience (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to drive census growth, develop referral relationships, and execute market strategies.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, computer applications, and social media marketing.
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and create effective action plans.
