Regional Sales Director
Job Description
The Regional Sales Director is responsible for driving revenue growth across multiple markets by leading branch sales and operations teams. Based onsite in Old Hickory, Tennessee, this role develops growth strategies, manages key client relationships, and ensures revenue targets are met for Wise Staffing Group.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop sales and operational teams across branches within the assigned territory.
- Model a consistent track record of meeting goals and establish reliable reporting practices for the team.
- Create a growth strategy that balances financial targets with customer satisfaction.
- Accurately communicate branch performance to executive leadership.
- Develop strategic improvement plans to achieve short and long term goals.
- Research market trends to identify new opportunities and anticipate client needs.
- Promote the company’s products and services while aligning with client objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts in compliance with applicable laws and guidelines.
- Negotiate with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Follow through on agreements and commitments.
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, and related data for each branch.
- Accurately calculate current branch growth and forecast upcoming performance.
- Provide trustworthy post-sale support and gather client feedback.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Meet or exceed personal quotas while holding sales and recruitment teams accountable for performance goals.
- Actively evaluate branch performance and address issues as they arise.
- Proactively implement improvement plans to address performance gaps.
- Ensure revenue growth targets for assigned branches and the overall territory.

Position Overview
The Regional Sales Director is a goal oriented, highly motivated professional with strong B2B sales capabilities and substantial staffing industry experience. The role is responsible for consistently increasing revenue by generating new business across multiple markets, achieved through prospecting, closing new opportunities, and leveraging existing relationships.
Key Success Factors
- Developed market and industry knowledge gained through staffing industry sales experience.
- Connections to potential Wise Staffing Group clients or experience with similar industries (manufacturing, light industrial, construction) preferred.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and management skills; prior experience in territory or multi-location management preferred.
- Proven sales track record with noticeable revenue growth.
- Experience in client support or account management preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office, CRM software, and ATS tools such as HubSpot or Avionte.
Environment
The Regional Sales Director will travel to client sites to promote Wise Staffing Group services while managing a multi-branch sales and operations team. Typical office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The role requires reliable transportation and the ability to work outside standard hours as business needs require. A personal vehicle and cell phone will be used for business travel and communications.
Employment Package
Wise Staffing Group offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commission paid weekly, and a comprehensive benefits package.

- Base Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
- Commission: Uncapped, paid weekly
