Regional Sales Manager

In this onsite role in Indianapolis, Indiana, you will lead regional sales activities for New Holland Construction by strengthening the customer base through product expertise and market application delivered through the dealer organization.

Job Purpose

• Grow customer adoption by providing product expertise and market application to end users through the dealer network.
• Serve as a product application expert in collaboration with the New Holland team and dealer partners.
• Support an assigned US dealer network focused on the New Holland Construction product offering.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact to dealers for New Holland CE wholesale and retail commercial operations.
• Own regional sales and market share objectives.
• Provide technical support to dealer sales professionals and customers regarding New Holland Construction equipment.
• Conduct product demonstrations and working applications; identify product limitations and non-traditional product usage.
• Develop and train the dealer sales force on product performance and application, with emphasis on new products.
• Review and analyze competitive products and pricing details to manage the portfolio sales pipeline.
• Review and analyze regional inventories, market trends, and retail sales potential.
• Assist dealers with inventory controls and management.
• Function as a liaison between marketing, product management, and the dealer network.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree. In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, an Associate’s Degree plus three additional years of experience, or a High School Diploma plus five additional years of experience will be considered.
• Experience: Three or more years of experience within the construction equipment industry.
• Dealership support: One or more years supporting dealers, customers, and end users.
• Travel: 75%+ travel requirement.

Compensation

Annual salary: USD $106,725.00 - $163,645.00, plus any applicable bonus. Actual salaries vary based on skill, experience, and qualifications for the role.

For positions open across multiple locations, the salary range shown is for the primary location. If another location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated prior to the first interview.
