Residential Sales Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales operation in the Chicago market — recruiting, hiring, field training, and performance management
- Run daily in-office collaboration and field coaching sessions
- Set and drive weekly and monthly sales targets
- Develop and execute market growth strategies to expand MPower's Chicago customer base
- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions with pipeline support from MPower's recruitment team
- Report on team KPIs and activity metrics to regional leadership
Requirements
- 3+ years in direct sales management; door-to-door experience is required
- ESCO, energy, or utility sales background is a strong plus
- Proven track record of building and developing high-performing field sales teams
- You lead from the front and actively participate in the field rather than managing from a desk
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and own vehicle
- Excellent communicator who understands what motivates people and builds around it

What you’ll earn
- Base Salary: $60,000/year
- OTE: $125,000+ per year
- Monthly Bonus: up to $15,000/month based on team performance
- Additional bonuses based on overall office performance
