- Interpret P&C and benefit requirements and summaries to ensure RFP responses are written accurately and aligned to client needs.
- Review assets and intake direction to understand RFP requirements, finalist presentations, or other collateral to be created.
- Assess prospect needs, answer project questions with accurate and impactful responses, manage producer feedback, and deliver final content error-free and aligned with client requirements.
- Annotate templates or create client-specific content that informs both employers and employees.
- Suggest or challenge wording when unclear, providing alternative options.
- Collaborate with producers and account managers on RFP or presentation best practices, applying appropriate edits for client-specific needs.
- Propose graphics and visual elements to enhance copy across business development outputs.
- Work with designers, proofreaders, and project managers to meet timelines and project requirements and produce high-quality collateral.
- Lead white paper creation with Business Development and Employee Benefit Communications teams, including monthly white papers and adjacent posting content (LinkedIn captions, posting graphic copy, and alternatives for other social platforms).
- Support special projects within P&C Services and Employee Benefits Day Two Services, including writing such as social media, blog posts, white papers, flyers, presentations, event materials, video scripts, surveys, brochures, and event content.
