Sales Associate or Sales Manager
Job Description
Located onsite in Indianapolis, Tire Discounters is seeking a customer-facing Sales Associate or Sales Manager to help grow store sales through strong relationships, attentive service, and smooth shop operations. This role blends active selling with back-end coordination to guide each customer from inquiry to completion while upholding company standards.
Responsibilities
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Drive store sales growth by engaging customers daily to increase sales opportunities.
- Coordinate each customer's work order through to completion, following company policies and procedures.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to every guest.
- Maintain accountability for the presentation of the store interior and exterior.
- Foster a culture of cooperation and collaboration among all team members.
- Provide assistance in the shop as needed.
Requirements
- Retail sales or customer service experience preferred; automotive experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on Saturdays.
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the USA (18+).
Benefits
- Pay: $35,000 - $55,000+ annually, includes monthly spiff and store bonus.
