Sales Development Administrator
Job Description
Camping World is hiring onsite in Buford, GA for a Sales Development Administrator. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package and on-the-job training to support your work and growth. You will manage website inventory accuracy and photos, provide administrative support to the Business Development Sales department, and help drive customer interactions to exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
- Set and record RV sales appointments in the CRM, ensuring accurate scheduling.
- Capture prospective customer information clearly and precisely.
- Monitor response times for all incoming leads and maintain timely follow-up.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current digital marketing campaigns and activity.
- Adhere to scripts and talking points provided for each type of phone call.
- Log notes and update customer stages, scheduling additional follow-up as appropriate.
Requirements
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Results-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong time management and the ability to multi-task to reach goals.
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
- Prior CRM experience and high computer proficiency.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
- May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Compensation
Pay range: $14.00 to $17.56 per hour.
