Sales Development & Brand Ambassador Manager

The on-site role of Sales Development & Brand Ambassador Manager in Akron, OH offers a full-time schedule with a salary of USD 83,200 to 160,000 per year, for a local family owned trade company, and focuses on leading the Brand Ambassador Program, supervising rehash systems, and driving lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop Brand Ambassadors.
• Manage all scheduling, events, community outreach, trade shows, and lead-generation activities for Brand Ambassadors.
• Establish and monitor department KPIs and hold Brand Ambassadors accountable for performance.
• Own and continually improve all company rehash systems and follow-up processes.
• Coordinate rehash activities with department managers and office staff.
• Plan, organize, and conduct weekly sales training at each J&J branch.
• Travel weekly to every NE Ohio location to provide coaching, accountability, and leadership.
• Learn, teach, and reinforce the J&J Steps to a Successful Service Call.
• Attend leadership, communication, and sales training programs to improve professionally and bring new ideas back to the company.
• Coach employees on communication, customer experience, objection handling, and ethical selling.
• Track Brand Ambassador performance, lead generation, rehash results, and training participation.
• Support ownership in developing sales systems, processes, and long-term growth initiatives.
• Promote J&J's culture, professionalism, and commitment to exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or team development.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to travel regularly between company branches.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
