Sales Development Representative
Job Description
Onsite in Nashville, TN, this Sales Development Representative role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline generation in collaboration with account executives to drive revenue and customer experiences. What you will do in this role
- Manage a personal pipeline of prospects from initial outreach through qualification.
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies using phone, email, social media, and events.
- Respond to inbound leads with urgency, conducting deeper qualification conversations.
- Research accounts to understand key stakeholders, challenges, and buying signals.
- Collaborate with account executives to develop account-specific entry strategies.
- Schedule and participate in prospect meetings or demos, ensuring smooth handoffs.
- Track activity, conversion rates, and pipeline health in the CRM.
- Use AI-powered tools and market data to prioritize outreach and craft personalized messaging.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets.
- Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.

Requirements
- Ability to commute to and work in our Nashville, TN office at least 3 days per week
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales
- Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing lead-to-opportunity conversion targets
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
- Strong communication and discovery skills across multiple channels
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding prospecting or pipeline generation targets
- Growing proficiency in applying AI and analytics to refine prospecting and manage pipeline health
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce.com preferred) and sales engagement platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to collaborate with account executives and marketing teams
- Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address for residence
