Sales Development Representative
Job Description
On-site in Bellevue, WA, this role places you at the front lines of Farmers Insurance and Financial Services, connecting with prospective clients to seed new business opportunities. You will generate qualified leads and nurture relationships to support agency growth through outbound and inbound outreach, using CRM tools to track interactions and guide outreach strategies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities
- Engage in warm calling to nurture leads and build rapport with prospects
- Qualify inbound inquiries by understanding client needs and matching them with suitable insurance solutions
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update lead information, and manage sales pipelines
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted outreach strategies and campaigns
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively present product benefits and address client questions
- Maintain a high level of customer service throughout all interactions, ensuring a positive experience for prospects
Requirements
- Previous experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales preferred but not required
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Familiarity with CRM software, especially Salesforce, is a plus
- Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales concepts is advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to handle outbound calling with persistence and professionalism
- Experience in customer service or business development roles is beneficial
