Job Description

Rippling is seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to prospect and qualify new customers in a fast moving top funnel, onsite in New York, NY, and to back up Account Executives with pipeline development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep knowledge of Rippling's platform and stay aware of competitor options
  • Qualify and manage outbound leads using defined criteria
  • Execute outbound outreach with targeted, thoughtful messaging to upmarket prospects
  • Collaborate with Marketing to run outbound campaigns that increase lead volume
  • Prospect into new accounts using a proven sales approach
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high-energy environment
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross functionally across Rippling teams
  • Interest in joining a competitive, team-based environment
  • Sales experience is preferred but not required for this role

  • Compensation includes a competitive On-Target Earnings package (base salary plus commission) plus benefits. In US-based roles, a 70/30 split between base and variable pay applies to this role's compensation.
  • Commission is not guaranteed.
  • Pay range: 105,000 USD per year.
