Responsibilities
- Report to a Sales Development Manager who provides in‑the‑moment coaching, weekly one‑on‑one meetings, and autonomy to run your business your way
- Own your territory, building knowledge of SAP Concur products, competitors, and the outcomes customers seek from our solutions
- Overcome objections confidently and communicate Concur’s value propositions to key decision makers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales and marketing teams, fostering clear, confident cross‑functional collaboration
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly metrics such as appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, and meaningful conversations
- Handle inbound and outbound motions across channels including phone, Drift chat, web, email, corporate events, and direct mail campaigns
- Use a multi‑channel approach and digital assets to maximize impact with tools like Iris, Outreach/ReviO, Consensus, Demandbase, ConnectAndSell, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Drift
- Participate in development programs such as leadership development and sales readiness initiatives
- Receive recognition through awards, shout‑outs, and daily performance stack rankings

Requirements
