Job Description

NewVision Security offers an onsite Sales Manager role in Fargo, ND with a competitive annual compensation of USD 100,000 to 200,000, plus a bonus opportunity of up to 30% of base. You will partner with ownership and senior leadership to shape strategy while building and guiding regional sales teams to grow project revenue, service agreements, and recurring monthly revenue. Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop regional sales teams
  • Drive results through KPIs, forecasting, and pipeline reviews
  • Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, and execution
  • Oversee hiring, development, and performance management
  • Grow project, service, and recurring revenue streams
  • Expand existing customer relationships and pursue new business
  • Develop vertical market and service sales strategies
  • Enhance service agreement uptake and RMR attachment rates
  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance
  • Standardize sales processes, pricing, and CRM discipline
  • Improve forecasting accuracy and sales efficiency
  • Participate in leadership discussions, planning, and strategic initiatives
  • Recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing sales professionals
  • Mentor emerging leaders and future managers across the organization
  • Build a culture rooted in accountability, continuous improvement, and the NewVision Blueprint
  • Support career growth and leadership development across all regions
  • Set clear expectations, development plans, and succession pathways for top performers

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Proven success leading multi-region sales teams
  • Experience selling project-based solutions, service agreements, and recurring revenue
  • Strong coaching, forecasting, and team development skills
  • Ability to travel between offices (Headquarters in Bismarck, ND, Dickinson, ND, Fargo, ND and Rapid City, SD)

Work Location

This position is onsite in Fargo, ND, with regular travel to offices located in Bismarck, ND; Dickinson, ND; Fargo, ND; and Rapid City, SD.
