Sales Manager

Turtle Roofing is hiring a Roofing Sales Manager to lead, train, and scale an outside sales team for the Omaha, NE branch in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, mentor, and train outside sales representatives using the Turtle Roofing system.
• Provide hands-on field leadership by working side-by-side with the team on lead generation and canvassing strategies.
• Support property inspections and assist with customer interactions during outside sales activities.
• Help drive deal outcomes by supporting team members through closing and the insurance claim process.
• Maintain strong conversion rates through active coaching and deal support.
• Track team performance using KPIs, manage pipeline, and ensure CRM accuracy.
• Coordinate with the production team to align sales activity with execution.
• Grow local brand awareness and optimize sales production within the company’s Omaha service radius.

Requirements

• Positive, motivating attitude that builds fast rapport with customers.
• Prior leadership experience managing people and/or driving sales performance is highly preferred.
• Coachable mindset to learn and apply the company’s specific, successful process from day one.
• Comfort working in an outside sales environment with on-site support for the team.
• Valid Driver’s License required for travel within the local market radius.

Compensation: USD 65,000 - 200,000 per year
