This onsite role in Grand Rapids, MI is designed for a motivated sales leader who wants to coach in the field while driving revenue and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
What you’ll do
As Sales Manager, you will lead and develop the In-Home Sales Team, recruiting and building a high-performing group of Sales Representatives. You will provide hands-on coaching, support daily execution, and help the team consistently deliver strong sales results.
- Recruit, train, and develop In-Home Sales Representatives
- Lead and mentor the sales team with hands-on coaching and field training
- Run ride-alongs and assist with sales presentations and closing opportunities
- Review and manage scheduled appointments to ensure effective lead utilization
- Monitor individual and team sales performance
- Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
- Set performance expectations and establish accountability standards
- Assist with cancel-save and rehash opportunities to maximize sales outcomes
- Foster a positive, competitive, results-driven culture
- Analyze sales metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement
What you bring
- 5+ years of successful home improvement sales experience preferred
- Previous sales leadership or management experience
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and team-development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Experience with CRM systems, tablets, and electronic sales tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

$90,000 - $200,000+ per year earning potential, based on performance.
