Responsibilities
- Carry out structured outbound prospecting, averaging about 45 calls per day (roughly 200 per week), complemented by targeted email outreach and research
- Qualify leads using budget, authority, need, and timeline criteria, and clearly document next steps in the CRM
- Prioritize outreach based on territory strategy, account potential, and likelihood to convert
- Schedule high‑quality in‑person and virtual meetings that generate real pipeline for the outside sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking activity, follow-ups, and conversion metrics
Requirements
- 1+ year of B2B outbound cold calling experience with the ability to discuss quotas, KPIs, pipeline management, and objection handling
- Proven success in a high‑volume, metrics‑driven environment
- Strong executive presence with the ability to clearly explain the sales process, lead qualification strategy, and current role responsibilities without relying on generic answers

Compensation and schedule
- Starting salary of $55,000, with a performance‑based increase to $60,000 after approximately six months
- On‑target earnings (OTE) of $75,000–$80,000, uncapped; commissions paid monthly, with earnings above about $20,000 paid at year end
- Full‑time, 40 hours per week, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
