Job Description
Overview: A leadership role overseeing a team of Small Business Specialists within an assigned geography, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses.
Responsibilities
- Leads a team of Small Business Specialists within an assigned geography serving small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million, delivering comprehensive financial solutions.
- Accountable for sales leadership aligned with the One Bank strategy and growth of market share.
- Collaborates with key branch banking stakeholders to develop, communicate and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed business objectives.
- Fosters a customer obsessed team culture while overseeing relationship management, business development activities, and related risk management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Typically four or more years of sales management experience
