Territory Sales Manager

Infusion For Health is hiring an outside Territory Sales Manager to grow infusion center services across the Central Coast through provider relationships and physician referrals.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and report on sales strategies and goals to meet and exceed key performance metrics.
• Drive revenue growth by achieving and surpassing sales quotas.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-volume physician practices, with a focus on oncology, hematology, gastroenterology, and rheumatology.
• Educate physicians and office teams on Infusion For Health services to strengthen trust and encourage referrals.
• Target key providers, create engagement plans, and work to increase referral volume within the territory.
• Track provider performance and coordinate tactics designed to increase referral rates.
• Partner with pharmaceutical reps, health plans, and local health systems to improve service delivery and expand business opportunities.
• Share feedback with marketing and operational teams to improve patient and provider engagement.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience with a track record of building physician relationships and generating referrals in oncology, hematology, gastroenterology, and/or rheumatology, specifically in infusions.
• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, health services, or medical sales.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to engage physicians, office staff, and other stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
• Ability to analyze and organize territory activity while tracking sales performance.
• Comfort working independently and collaboratively with minimal direction.

Position Overview

• Drive growth for infusion centers in the Central Coast regions.

• Home-based role with up to 60% travel within the territory to build relationships and expand opportunities.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year
• Incentive Plan: Uncapped incentives with a monthly payout bonus based on performance; top reps earn over $300,000/yr
