Vice President of Business Development, Sales & Marketing
Job Description
Goldsands Group Inc. is seeking a hands-on leader to drive growth across the company’s U.S. business. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role brings together business development, sales, and marketing leadership, with ownership of strategy, team performance, and prospect progression from first contact through closing.
This is a full-time, in-person opportunity based in New York City, New York, where you will cultivate relationships with prospective investors and guide the go-to-market motion while leading the team responsible for these functions.
What you will do
- Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with company goals and timelines.
- Identify, pursue, and advance new opportunities with accredited individual investors, institutional investors, and financial professionals.
- Build relationships through networking events, conferences, and direct outreach, guiding prospects from initial contact to closing.
- Set sales targets and track performance against them.
- Set the marketing strategy to support business development goals and oversee execution.
- Coordinate marketing materials, presentations, and digital content with internal staff and outside specialists.
- Evaluate marketing effectiveness, adjust approach based on results, and improve outcomes over time.
- Manage the business development, sales, and marketing team by setting goals and expectations, coaching and supporting staff, and running regular team meetings.
- Maintain collaboration and accountability by keeping the team focused on measurable objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activity.
- Provide the CEO with regular, concise updates on performance versus business development, sales, and marketing goals, including recommended adjustments.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
- 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience across business development, sales, marketing, investor relations, financial services, or real estate.
- Proven success building new business and leading a sales, BD, or marketing team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with comfort working independently in an entrepreneurial environment.
- International business or cross-border experience is desirable.

- Base pay: USD 116,998.36 - 140,901.25 per year
- Additional compensation: Competitive total compensation, commensurate with experience, including performance-based opportunities
