Job Description
Oversee business development and marketing activities for Kinship Health PACE centers across Pennsylvania, with onsite leadership in Lancaster.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all Kinship Health PACE centers in Pennsylvania.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business development, Marketing, Health Care Administration, or related field required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with diverse audiences
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities with a track record of revenue growth and achieving business objectives
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the healthcare industry
- Three years of experience in PACE or Home Health, required

Compensation
- Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year
