Alliance Mobile is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Manager to lead a bustling Deltona store and steer performance in a fast paced wireless retail setting. This onsite role focuses on building a high-energy team, delivering standout customer experiences, and advancing sales through practical leadership and hands-on coaching. You’ll guide everyday operations while shaping a culture that blends mobility solutions with entertainment offerings.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive store profitability and achieve sales targets through strategic execution.
  • Coach and develop your team to sustain exceptional performance.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard staff, making tough calls when necessary.
  • Manage store operations, scheduling, and compliance with a confident, professional approach.
  • Lead by example with role-plays and practical coaching in the field.
  • Support transactions and cultivate memorable customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with trainers to onboard new hires smoothly.
  • Uphold Alliance Mobile standards and expect the same from your team.
  • Maintain clear, ongoing communication with the Alliance Mobile network.
  • Work 45-50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of sales management experience with a track record of leading teams.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals while delivering top-tier customer service.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with enthusiasm.
  • Comfort with technology, including computers and wireless devices.

2+ years of sales management experience, a demonstrated history of hitting sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service, strong communication and organizational skills, willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and comfort with technology.
