Job Description

Hail Or High Water Roofing is building a high-performance door-to-door insurance roofing sales operation in Lawrenceville, GA. This Sales Manager role is focused on one outcome: building and leading an elite field team that consistently produces signed agreements for the operations team.

You will own recruiting, training, coaching, and accountability systems for a repeatable field sales process. Compensation is intentionally flexible and tied to the performance of the organization you build and lead.

Location & Work Setup

Location: Lawrenceville, GA (onsite)

Role Responsibilities

Recruit, interview, and hire door-to-door sales representatives
Build and implement a repeatable sales training system
Train, coach, and develop new sales representatives
Run sales meetings and training sessions, including role-playing
Work alongside representatives in the field and lead by example
Create accountability systems centered on measurable results
Coach underperforming representatives and develop top performers
Retain talented salespeople and create opportunities for advancement
Identify neighborhoods, markets, and new sales opportunities
Work directly together to develop compensation structures, incentives, and career paths
Build a sales culture focused on performance, accountability, achievement, and continuous improvement
Develop a sales organization that can consistently generate signed agreements for the operations team

What You’ll Need

Proven track record in door-to-door insurance roofing sales leadership
Understanding of what it takes to build a productive field sales organization
Ability to recruit, evaluate potential in less experienced sellers, and train them to prospect, knock doors, and build confidence
Experience sharpening pitch delivery, addressing objections, and turning reps into consistent producers
Comfort spending time in the field, developing people, creating accountability, motivating a team, and building a winning culture
Proven skill in building and retaining a sales team

Compensation

Pay: USD $150,000 - $350,000 per year
Primarily commission-based sales management opportunity
Income tied directly to the performance of the organization you build and lead
Clear weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals will be established together
Commission structure and bonuses will be agreed upon based on your ability to hit and exceed targets

Relocation of the office is on the table; the current office is in Lawrenceville, GA
The non-sales side of the business will be managed and led to keep focus on building the team, developing people, and generating sales
Systems and process support will be provided, including software, recruiting tools, training resources, funds to reward the team, team trips, contests, and/or adjustments to representative compensation structure

Job Description

ICBD is seeking a Community Outreach Liaison and Business Development Representative to support the ABA Centers of Georgia in Lawrenceville, GA. This onsite role focuses on lead generation, developing referral sources, and managing the pipeline to expand access to ABA therapy within the community.

Responsibilities

Plan and lead field events, education sessions, and outreach opportunities that support lead generation and awareness.

Capture leads onsite, document contact data, and manage follow-up or handoff to internal teams.
Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate early mornings, evenings, or weekend events.
Work closely with Growth, Marketing, and Admissions to ensure aligned messaging and effective lead handoffs.
Submit regular outreach reports, territory updates, and event summaries.
Participate in weekly sales calls, coaching check-ins, and training sessions.

Requirements

High School diploma required.
Minimum three years of experience in field sales, outreach, or business development.
Proven ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and meet performance targets.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM is required.
Valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation.
