Job Description

The role focuses on developing new 3PL business and managing key accounts for Dose Moving and Storage. Based in Phoenix with a hybrid work setup, the position drives new client acquisition in warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics while coordinating with operations to ensure effective service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and close new 3PL clients
  • Build relationships with local businesses and decision-makers
  • Manage client accounts to ensure retention and growth
  • Help shape our 3PL offerings, pricing, and processes
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure successful service delivery
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Conduct on-site visits, walkthroughs, and client meetings
  • Create proposals, negotiate service agreements, and close deals
  • Manage ongoing client relationships and ensure high satisfaction
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales pipelines, manage customer interactions, and analyze account performance
  • Collaborate with operations to align services with client needs

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in 3PL, logistics, or supply chain sales
  • Strong local network in Phoenix (highly preferred)
  • Experience with warehousing, fulfillment, or transportation services
  • Proven track record of closing B2B deals
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies relevant to logistics services
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset

Compensation

  • Base salary plus commission plus performance bonuses
  • Commission tied to revenue and account retention

  • Salary range: USD 50,000 - 65,000 per year
