3PL Business Development & Account Manager (Logistics / Warehousing)
Job Description
The role focuses on developing new 3PL business and managing key accounts for Dose Moving and Storage. Based in Phoenix with a hybrid work setup, the position drives new client acquisition in warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics while coordinating with operations to ensure effective service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and close new 3PL clients
- Build relationships with local businesses and decision-makers
- Manage client accounts to ensure retention and growth
- Help shape our 3PL offerings, pricing, and processes
- Coordinate with operations to ensure successful service delivery
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
- Conduct on-site visits, walkthroughs, and client meetings
- Create proposals, negotiate service agreements, and close deals
- Manage ongoing client relationships and ensure high satisfaction
- Utilize CRM software to track sales pipelines, manage customer interactions, and analyze account performance
- Collaborate with operations to align services with client needs
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in 3PL, logistics, or supply chain sales
- Strong local network in Phoenix (highly preferred)
- Experience with warehousing, fulfillment, or transportation services
- Proven track record of closing B2B deals
- Familiarity with marketing strategies relevant to logistics services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset

Compensation
- Base salary plus commission plus performance bonuses
- Commission tied to revenue and account retention

- Salary range: USD 50,000 - 65,000 per year
