ADP Business Development Capture Manager
Job Description
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is looking for an ADP Business Development Capture Manager to guide capture, market development, and customer-relations activities within the Advanced Development Programs Integrated Systems portfolio, including Collaborative Combat Aircraft initiatives. This hybrid role requires US citizenship, an active security clearance, and domestic travel, with a primary work location in Fort Worth, Texas, and a preferred location in Palmdale, California (alternatives include Fort Worth or Marietta, GA).
Responsibilities
- Lead and support business and market activities in the LM Aeronautics Advanced Development Programs Integrated Systems portfolio, maintaining robust customer relations with US government acquisition and technical stakeholders.
- Communicate with decision makers across multiple levels of the US government and relevant agencies on warfighter needs, product and technology roadmaps, and investment strategies.
- Plan and execute customer events and visits to convey Lockheed Martin Aeronautics messages and strengthen collaborative ties.
- Assist in capture, market development, opportunity qualification, customer relationship management, decision mapping, competitive intelligence, and the development of position-to-win strategies.
- Support coordination of senior executive communications, events, and visits related to new business opportunities.
- Travel domestically as required to support program objectives.
Requirements
- Program capture campaign management experience or recent, substantive relationships with customers at Air Force ACC, AFLCMC, AFRL, NAVAIR, OPNAV N98, DARPA, or NASA.
- Ability to work across organizational boundaries, manage diverse stakeholder equities, and lead customer meetings and cross‑discipline teams in developing customer solutions.
- U.S. citizenship is required; the position requires a SECRET clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance and access to Special Access Programs.
- Domestic travel up to several times per month.

Security and Clearance
Security clearance: This role requires a government security clearance. You must be a US citizen for consideration. The position is associated with a SECRET clearance, with the potential to obtain Top Secret clearance and access to Special Access Programs. Clearance level: TS/SCI.
