Advertising Business Development Assistant

Dream Media USA is an AI-powered film and media production company based in South El Monte, CA, and it is expanding its client acquisition efforts through a hands-on Advertising Business Development Assistant role. This part-time, junior-level position supports outreach, lead follow-up, and early-stage sales coordination with guidance from management.

The goal of the role is to help identify new advertising and production opportunities and move them forward through clear presentations, timely proposals, and ongoing client relationship support.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients, including brands, advertising agencies, PR firms, and production companies.
• Conduct business outreach via emails, phone calls, virtual meetings, and in-person visits.
• Introduce Dream Media USA’s AI-powered advertising and video production services to prospective clients.
• Prepare sales materials, proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
• Coordinate business meetings, follow up on leads, and assist with closing new projects.
• Maintain client relationships and support website updates, portfolio presentations, and promotional materials.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in advertising sales, business development, marketing, or media production.
• Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Familiarity with the U.S. advertising market and client acquisition processes.
• Strong skills in interpersonal communication, networking, organization, and follow-up.
• Self-motivated, professional, and comfortable communicating directly with clients.
• Experience in AI-generated content, digital advertising, or existing industry connections is a plus.
