Area Sales Manager

Oak Pointe, an Evermark company, is hiring an Area Sales Manager based in Newcomerstown, OH for an onsite role. In this position, you will manage and expand business activity across an assigned territory, serving as the primary point of contact for customers while partnering with industry stakeholders to uncover new opportunities.

The role focuses on building durable relationships and aligning sales activity with customer needs, profitability goals, and long-term account growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales within an assigned territory by finding new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Build strong partnerships with lumber dealers, millwork distributors, stair builders, contractors, and other industry professionals.
• Work toward sales, profitability, customer retention, and new account growth objectives.
• Conduct customer visits, deliver product presentations, and complete account reviews to drive engagement and business growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor by recommending products and solutions that meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support outstanding customer service and project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and evolving customer needs to identify opportunities and support strategic growth.
