Beauty Sales Manager

Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC is hiring a full-time, permanent Beauty Sales Manager for an onsite Beauty Services location in Plymouth, MA, supporting the Greater Boston area. This role combines hands-on center leadership with sales accountability, with a schedule that includes weekends and holidays. The position starts immediately.

Compensation is $60,000 to $70,000 per year plus commission, with an emphasis on measurable growth across bookings, memberships, retail performance, and overall revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations for the beauty and personal-care center, leading team performance, guest experience, scheduling, labor management, and sales execution.
• Drive center revenue by coaching the team to hit beauty service and retail KPIs, including service bookings, Wax Pass memberships, retail product sales, conversion, rebooking, and overall revenue targets.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop a high-performing group of beauty service and guest-facing professionals, delivering ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and accountability while building a sales-driven culture.
• Maintain an elevated beauty and wellness guest experience by ensuring strong product and service knowledge, exceptional service standards, center cleanliness, inventory accuracy, and compliance with brand, licensing, and safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as needed and assigned.

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience in beauty, skincare, spa, wellness, medspa, cosmetics, or another high-touch, service-driven retail environment (strongly preferred).
• Strong KPI fluency and commercial acumen, including experience analyzing sales performance, conversion, service bookings, rebooking and retention, memberships, retail attachment, and related metrics.
• Proven people leadership skills, including hiring, coaching, motivating, and developing teams to deliver both exceptional guest experiences and strong sales results.
• Operational and financial acumen, including labor management, scheduling, budgeting, inventory, and performance management, plus polished communication and guest conflict-resolution skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.
