Business Development Administrative Lead
Job Description
Full-time Business Development Administrative Lead at CorrTech Inc, based in Deep River, CT, responsible for pre-award activities, bid management, client communications, proposal development, and marketing coordination.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all pre-award activities by identifying viable projects through review of requests for proposals, solicitations, client requests, and state and federal solicitation portals.
- Utilize project management software to set up bid logs, securely organize project documents, hand off projects to estimators, and assemble complete proposals.
- Maintain direct communication with potential clients to clarify project scopes, obtain documentation, present proposals, and conduct follow-ups.
- Read and interpret lengthy project packages to extract relevant scope efficiently.
- Develop industry knowledge and a foundational understanding of CorrTech’s technical capabilities to inform client discussions.
- Coordinate closely with estimators and technical directors during proposal development.
- Support marketing efforts by coordinating conference attendance, marketing collateral, and outreach events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Preferred familiarity with utility or municipal water industry and construction administrative processes.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent task prioritization abilities.
- Proficient computer skills.
