Job Description

This onsite role in New York, NY focuses on building profitable client relationships and leading business development for Healthcare Services within Emerging Middle Market Banking in the East region, with a salary range of USD 152,000 to 285,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Banking, Credit, Treasury and Service partners, as well as Asset Management and Investment Bank colleagues, to introduce our prospects to our product capabilities.
  • Drive top line growth while optimizing efficiency, with a strong focus on risk mitigation and compliance.
  • Mentor and coach the banking team, lead prospecting efforts, and, when appropriate, cross-sell to existing clients.
  • Evaluate success across marketing and sales metrics, including calling activity, proposal generation, revenue impact, risk mitigation, relationships with centers of influence, and contributions to long-term franchise growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years in direct client management, lending, credit support, or related industry experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of Commercial Banking products and services.
  • Proven cross-selling experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong business development capabilities, including tactical selling and negotiation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product partners, credit executives, senior management, client services teams, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proposal writing and public speaking.
