Job Description
PACE Equity LLC seeks a Business Development Manager onsite in Cedarburg, WI to drive CPACE deal flow and early qualification within a fast paced, relationship driven commercial real estate finance environment.
Responsibilities
- Prospect – Leverage PACE Equity tools and resources to aggressively identify CPACE financing opportunities.
- Pitch – Position PACE Equity as a trusted financing solution and clearly articulate its value proposition to meet client needs.
- Partner – Collaborate with tenured Originators to ensure seamless handoffs within the assigned deal territory.
- Market Share – Leverage differentiators and prospecting tools to meet activity goals and grow market share against competitors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 2-4 years of Business Development or inside Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Experience in commercial real estate finance, development, or capital markets
- Self-directed, entrepreneurial, and independently driven yet collaborative
- Strong understanding of capital stacks, loan structures, and developer economics
- Exceptional presentation, executive presence, and negotiation skills
- Financial acumen with the ability to interpret pro formas, term sheets, and capital structures
- Passion for sustainability and aligning financial performance with environmental impact

- Sales Campaigns – Deploy targeted campaigns to identify originations opportunities
- Inbound Lead Management – Handle inbound sales inquiries
- Broker Strategy – Advance centralized pursuit of broker relationships and facilitate joint work opportunities with Originators
- Event Support – Drive outreach and support Originators attending regional and national industry conferences
