Job Description

Cozzini Bros., Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand market presence with commercial kitchens in an assigned Tulsa, OK territory, onsite.

Responsibilities

  • Execute 15+ in-person sales contacts per day, targeting roughly 70 per week.
  • Provide a minimum of 8 knife trials to prospective customers each week.
  • Establish at least 5 new customers weekly through cold calling, networking, social media prospecting, and lead execution.
  • Achieve a minimum of 4 new upsells within existing accounts, focusing on programs such as can openers, slicer blades, and food processing blades.
  • Increase value by adding program solutions to two current customers each week.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in Salesforce.
  • Keep an up-to-date inventory of sales knives.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Cozzini Bros. service and support teams.
  • Perform all duties safely, including knife handling, operating company vehicles, and working inside commercial kitchens.
  • Maintain the Cozzini Bros. company vehicle in good condition.

Requirements

  • Experience or exposure in the foodservice industry.
  • Proven background in a remote field sales or business development role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven with a proven track record.
  • Competitive mindset with a strong, determined approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Coachable team players.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet pre-employment and periodic MVR requirements as outlined in the Fleet Safety Program.
  • Pass background screening and drug test.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is not required, but a plus.
