Job Description

The Business Development Manager role is based onsite in Morrisville, North Carolina, focusing on strengthening the Lenovo–Intel partnership across North America REL Commercial to accelerate revenue growth and align seller engagement with joint priorities. The position acts as a strategic connector among Lenovo, Intel, and the sales organization to drive alignment and effective execution.

Responsibilities

Key duties include collaboration across REL Commercial segments, funding stewardship, expanding Intel platform knowledge, stakeholder engagement, advocacy for Lenovo sellers, internal Intel product expertise, and participation in joint reviews.

  • Collaborate with REL Commercial segments – Enterprise/Corporate, Global Accounts, Public Sector in both CDA and the US to drive key priorities for Intel & Lenovo across the PCSD portfolio.
  • Drive the use of bid bucket funds to grow revenue and market share, including monitoring the deployment of seeds and permanent evaluation investments.
  • Increase product knowledge of the Intel platform portfolio across the sales teams.
  • Engage with key stakeholders in B6 and Markham sales teams by delivering training, presentations, and clarifying joint priorities.
  • Advocate for Lenovo sellers to Intel.
  • Serve as the go-to internal resource for Intel product knowledge.
  • Participate in joint business updates and QBRs.

Requirements

Applicants should possess several years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of the North American IT market, along with strong communication and analytical capabilities.

  • 5 to 7 years of prior experience in sales, sales management, category management, or product management within the IT industry.
  • Familiarity with the North American IT business landscape.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and skill in analyzing diverse market scenarios in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high self-motivation and drive.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other office productivity tools.
  • Experience with Qlik, Dynamics, and PowerBI.
