Job Description
Digitalab Corp is seeking a mid-level Business Development and Marketing Specialist to drive targeted marketing programs, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team as the company expands within the US and globally. Based in Fort Lauderdale with a hybrid work model, the role reports to the CEO and works closely with the CTO and COO to articulate complex technology in business language that resonates with decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Plan and run targeted lead-generation programs across LinkedIn, email, content marketing, and other digital channels to reach US and global prospects in software development, cloud infrastructure, AI integration, Digital Process Automation, and digital transformation.
- Enhance and maintain the website, including service pages, case studies, calls-to-action, and SEO to improve lead conversion.
- Develop professional sales presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral that clearly communicate the value of our services.
- Research and help shape offering packages (for example AI integration programs, cloud maintenance retainers, digital transformation bundles) and assist with pricing strategy under leadership guidance.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, schedule discovery calls, and conduct initial conversations with decision-makers.
- Establish and manage essential commercial infrastructure, including CRM implementation (HubSpot or similar), sales process documentation, and pipeline tracking.
- Track and report on key metrics such as leads generated, meetings booked, and website performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the CTO and technical team to translate complex solutions into clear business value for non-technical audiences.
- Stay informed about industry trends in cloud, AI, and digital transformation to refine our go-to-market approach.
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required to engage diverse clients across the US and Latin America.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in business development, inside sales, digital marketing, or marketing/support roles within technology, IT services, software development, cloud, or a digital agency environment.
- Proven track record of generating leads and supporting sales pipelines; portfolio or examples of campaigns, content, or outreach results are strongly preferred.
- Strong writing and communication skills capable of producing compelling website copy, presentations, emails, and proposals.
- Working knowledge of marketing tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot or similar CRM, Google Analytics, basic SEO) with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
- Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure, AI, and digital transformation, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly language.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset who thrives in a dynamic environment with high autonomy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
