Job Description

The Business Development Representative is a full-time role focused on enrolling dealers and retailers in brand programs, linking dealer social profiles to the ThumbStopper platform, and delivering related customer support. This position collaborates with the Customer Success team to drive retailer enrollments through outbound outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with retailer account enrollment and connectivity to subscribed destinations.
  • Connect retailers to search and social destinations via email and phone outreach.
  • Ensure product selections are configured and maintained at the retailer level.
  • Respond to assigned retailer inquiries (support tickets) and drive them to resolution.
  • Resolve tickets within 1 business day.
  • Operate the Thumbstopper platform.
  • Utilize Salesforce for customer relationship management.
  • Make approximately 150 phone calls weekly to non-converted retailers to promote appropriate brand social programs.
  • Connect about 10 retailers daily.
  • Complete roughly 50 tickets weekly.
  • Initiate calls and emails to connect dealer social media pages.

Requirements

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer facing experience and ability.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and other software solutions.

Daily Requirements

  • Contribute a minimum of 40 working hours per week.
  • Standard hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm; a 9:00am to 6:00pm time slot is available as well.
  • Notify management by phone at the start of the day if tardiness occurs.
  • Attendance is required in the office on all weekdays; after 90 days and based on performance, Wednesdays may be a work-from-home day with appropriate home equipment.
  • Participate in scheduled meetings as required.
  • Maintain a collaborative team presence using Ticketing and Slack Conversations, and actively participate in company meetings.
  • Interact professionally with departments including sales, technology, and executive management.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and using a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

Reports To

Chief Customer Officer

Role is In Office

Based in Tampa, FL, with minimal local travel required.
