Business Development Representative
Job Description
TrueBlue Internal is seeking a Business Development Representative to help drive new customer growth and strengthen market presence across the Dallas, TX region. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, this onsite role focuses on acquiring customers, expanding accounts, and partnering with internal teams to deliver workforce and staffing solutions.
Based in Dallas, TX (onsite), the role supports market development through territory prospecting, strategic outreach, and consultative selling, while coordinating closely with operations and legal partners to move opportunities forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for and acquire new customers within the designated territory through networking and lead development.
- Spot and pursue growth opportunities tied to new customer acquisition.
- Execute strategic sales initiatives to meet and surpass established sales targets.
- Consult with customers to understand business needs and propose creative workforce solutions.
- Collaborate with the Market Engagement team to build sales outreach plans and territory account targets.
- Sell Staff Management | SMX | SIMOS service offerings effectively.
- Work with Staff Management | SMX | SIMOS contract and legal teams to negotiate contract terms.
- Proactively cross-sell opportunities across all TrueBlue brands and neighboring markets.
- Use sales technology and tools to develop and maintain account management and growth strategies, including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to position TrueBlue products and services.
- Partner with Onsite Operations personnel and leadership to build relationships in-market.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- 3+ years of sales or related experience, including a proven record of exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to understand, adapt, and apply new technologies.
- Valid driver license, registered vehicle, and vehicle insurance.

- USD 65,000 - 79,000 per year

Work Environment and Physical Demands
