- Introduce RCF through phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking follow-up.
- Ask thoughtful questions to qualify needs, concerns, and contract timing.
- Schedule qualified facility walkthroughs for company leadership, and send confirmations and reminders.
- Maintain accurate leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, conversation notes, follow-up dates, and next steps in Salesforce.
- Keep the pipeline organized so opportunities move forward and do not fall through the cracks.
- Help prepare prospect information and approved proposal materials, coordinate proposal delivery, and support follow-up.
- Contribute to a professional prospective-client experience from the first conversation through transition to operations.
What You Bring

- High organization and consistent follow-up habits.
- Self-motivated, dependable, coachable, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Comfort learning technology and managing multiple priorities.
- Interest in long-term growth and leadership development.
- Strong verbal and written communication, plus professional phone presence.
- Basic proficiency with email, calendars, spreadsheets, and word-processing software.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional local meetings or events.
